Golf bags and oversized luggage on MBJ transfers

List every item

Send counts and approximate dimensions for suitcases, golf bags, boards, strollers and mobility equipment. Include all passengers and child seats in the same request.

Confirm the actual vehicle

A premium car can have less luggage room than a standard van. Ask the provider which vehicle configuration is assigned and whether equipment fits without using a required passenger seat.

Group event logistics

For golf groups or weddings, a luggage vehicle or larger minibus may be appropriate. Quote it explicitly rather than assuming the base three-passenger estimate scales to every group.

Return packing can differ

Tell the dispatcher if the return includes purchases or equipment that was not present on arrival. Vehicle space must be checked for both directions.
