Where do I meet my driver at Montego Bay Airport?+
Follow the meeting instructions issued for your confirmed reservation after baggage and customs. The airport lists a separate authorised taxi desk shared by JUTA and JCAL outside the Customs exit. This website does not claim that desk or a universal meeting position for private bookings.
Does submitting the form confirm my transfer?+
No. The form requests a quote. A booking requires written confirmation of the provider, route, vehicle, complete fare, waiting terms and pickup instructions. No card payment is taken here.
How long is the MBJ transfer to Negril or Ocho Rios?+
Allow approximately 90–135 minutes of road travel to Negril beach and 100–150 minutes to Ocho Rios. West End and Tower Isle can take longer. Airport processing, stops, traffic and road disruption are additional.
Does my all-inclusive hotel already include airport transfers?+
