Family transfers from MBJ: child seats and luggage

Count infants as passengers

List adults, children and infants separately, but include everyone in the total. Send each child’s age and relevant seat requirements; do not assume an infant can travel without an allocated arrangement.

Request the actual seat type

An infant carrier, child seat and booster are different. Ask the provider to confirm the requested type, availability and installation arrangements. Our seat allowance is a budget item, not proof that a specific seat is reserved.

Luggage changes vehicle capacity

Three people with three large cases, a stroller and travel seats can need more room than three travellers with cabin bags. Send the complete luggage list and request photos or specifications if space is critical.

Long coastal journeys

For Negril or Ocho Rios, ask about a planned comfort stop before confirming the fare. Pack essential supplies in reachable hand luggage and agree how any additional stop affects timing and cost.
