MBJ group and wedding transfers

Start with a group manifest

Collect names, flight numbers, local arrival dates, hotels, passenger totals and luggage. Do not combine flights only because they land on the same calendar day.

Choose together or separately

One delayed flight can hold up a combined transfer. Ask the provider to price both a shared private group vehicle and separate arrivals, including the waiting allowance and coordination contact.

The wedding venue may not be the hotel

An airport drop-off should match the accommodation address. Event transport, ceremony timing and late-night returns are separate journeys requiring their own confirmation.

Request minibus capacity explicitly

Groups exceeding the standard or premium planning allowance receive a custom quote. Seat count alone is insufficient: include wedding garments, accessibility needs, strollers and equipment.
