Does Club Mobay include a ride to your hotel?
Club Mobay is an airport service at Sangster International Airport (MBJ), operated by VIP Attractions. Its arrival offering includes meet-and-greet assistance, priority processing through immigration and customs, baggage assistance and arrival-lounge access. The operator distinguishes this from the onward car journey. If you buy a combined lounge-and-transfer product from another seller, read the voucher to identify the transport provider, exact destination, shared or private service, passenger allowance and return leg. The word “bundle” alone is insufficient: Club Mobay also sells arrival-and-departure airport services together, which is not the same as adding a hotel transfer.
Airport VIP service and a VIP vehicle are different
The same word “VIP” can refer to two unrelated purchases. Airport assistance concerns your passage through the terminal; a premium vehicle concerns the road trip after the airport formalities. MBJ Airport Transfer’s current planning estimates allow up to three passengers in Standard or two in VIP, subject to luggage; larger groups need a custom quote. Coordinate the handover before you fly
Give each booked provider the operating flight arriving at MBJ, the local arrival date, passenger names and a reachable contact. Tell the transport team that you have separately arranged Club Mobay and ask how the handover will work. Keep both confirmations available offline. Complete the C5 declaration separately; airport assistance does not replace government entry requirements. After entry formalities, baggage and customs, follow the meeting instructions issued for your actual transport booking. Do not substitute a desk number found in another company’s article. If a representative changes the plan, verify through the contact in your confirmation before accepting replacement transport.
Lounge time, delayed flights and waiting conditions
Priority processing is not a guarantee of a particular terminal exit time. Baggage delivery, border checks and the onward vehicle remain separate parts of the journey. Decide how to signal that you are ready to leave; do not assume the driver receives lounge updates automatically. Check included resort transport before paying twice
